POLLENTEC AIR FILTERS

PollenTEC Air Filters are used with your HVAC system/furnace. Multi-layer revolutionary PollenTEC* fabric, plus a dense polyester layer, surrounded by a rust resistant powder coated light weight steel frame and secured with a stainless steel insert.

PollenTEC fabric is a strong and smooth polyester fabric with a patented coating that stops up to 100% of pollens and other harmful airborne pollutants. This fabric is used for screen on windows and doors as well. PollenTEC fabric has been tested and certified by the European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation and the filters have been ASHRAE tested and have a Merv 7+ rating.

PollenTEC Air Filters stop pollens, dust, dirt, dander, sand, mould and other harmful microscopic airborne pollutants as small as .3 microns. PollenTEC Air Filters can replace filters that are 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6” in width as this depth is not necessary with the high-performing 1” PollenTEC Air Filter.

Under normal use, wash the PollenTEC Air Filter once every 3 months. Cleaning is easy. Simply remove, wash off with a garden hose, kitchen tap sprayer or a tub faucet, shake off excess water and stand to dry. Do not use a power spray. It can also be vacuumed (gentle suction) with a hand-held furniture attachment.
